تقدم شركة Appen العديد من الوظائف عن بعد في العديد من المجالات مثل الترجمة، تقييم النتائج في محركات البحث، تحويل المقاطع الصوتية إلى نصوص أو القيام بمهام صغيرة Micro Tasks مثل زيارة موقع معين وتقييم تصميم الموقع.

من الوظائف السهلة والكثيرة التي تقدمها الشركة، ولكن قد تكون عملية القبول صعبة بعض الشيء وتحتاج بعض الوقت لكي تتواصل معك الشركة في حال تم اختيارك.

بعد نجاح التسجيل, سوف يكون بإمكانك تصفح المشاريع التي تعمل عليها الشركة، والتقدم إلى المتاح منها، حيث أن هذه المشاريع مطروحة من قبل Bing Facebook Google مثلاً.

وبعدها سيكون من المطلوب النجاح في فحص القبول بعض التحضير من الكتيبات (الكتب الصغيرة) التي سوف ترسلها لك الشركة.

بعد النجاح في الفحوصات, سوف يكون بإمكانك الدخول إلى البرنامج والبدء بالعمل ل 5 ساعات أسبوعياً فقط، وبعد شهر تقريباً، سوف يتم إعطاؤك 10 ساعات أسبوعياً، وبعد شهر أيضاً سوف تزيد الساعات إلى 20، وأحياناً قد تزيد إلى 40.

تدفع الشركة 8 – 12 دولار تقريباً لكل ساعة عمل.
