Technicien Maintenance
Pour le compte de notre Business Line Ride Dynamics sur Tanger nous recrutons le profil suivant: Technicien Maintenance.
Missions:
-Assurer préventive et corrective des machines.
-Manipulation robot (Comao, Fanuc).
-Lecture schéma hydraulique, pneumatique et électrique.
-Effectuer des réglages sur tous les équipements de production
-Installations d’équipements
-Installation de services publics (électricité, vapeur, air, tuyauterie de procédé)
-Effectuer toutes les tâches en respectant les réglementations / politiques et les besoins en matière de sécurité, de qualité, de BPF, des besoins des clients et de fabrication
-Les tâches administratives incluent les audits quotidiens, les commandes de pièces et les bons de travail; doit être rempli avec précision.
Profil:
-Justifiant au moins 2 ans dans l’industrie automobile dans un poste similaire.
-Formation: Bac +2 électromécaniques des systèmes automatisés
-Bonne maitrise des outils Microsoflt office, Soudage MIG/MAG, manipulation du robots comao, bonne communication et esprits d’équipe.
-Bonne connaissance en langue française.
Mouliste Outilleur AL
Pour notre Business Automotive Lighting, Nous somme à la recherche du profil ci-dessous: Mouliste Outilleur AL.
Missions:
-Assurer préventive des moules.
-Manipulation Pont roulant.
-Démontage/ Montage Moule.
-Lecture schéma hydraulique et électrique.
-Contrôle de débit des conduites des moules.
-Contrôle des résistante (Hot Runners).
-Raccordement hydraulique.
-Polissage des surfaces poli-miroirs (utilisation des pâtes diamant).
-Réparation des moules (Soudage Laser/TIG).
Profil:
-Justifiant au moins 2 ans dans l’industrie automobile spécifiquement dans l’injection.
-Formation: Bac +2
-Bonne maitrise des outils Microsoflt office, Soudage laser/TIG, manipulation du pont roulant, bonne communication et esprits d’équipe.

Quality Lab & Metrology Specialist
Marelli Morocco is looking for a Quality lab & Metrology Specialist within our Electronics Tangier Plant. The candidate will report directly to the Quality Manager, and will be in charge of the following activities:
-Monitor the compliancy of material used in Shop production
-Engage the supplier in the first level of analysis and securing the production in case of material not compliance
-Open a not conformance ticket to supplier in case of material not compliance
-Verify the effectiveness of corrective action applied by the supplier and in case close the ticket.
-Monitor the PDCA status of containment / corrective action at supplier process (8D)
-Support Shop team during Customer visits/audits
-Support the production and technologies in the resolution of non-compliance due to material problem
-Check the updating of the component database in order to evaluate the supplier performances
-Follow the introduction of modification in supply;
-Follow the qualification/waiver for new material;
-Follow the batch incoming for the critical part number
-Manage material stopped in control quality area;
-Manage with the supplier the return of not compliant material
-Carry out the periodical calibration of instrument tool
-Execute the planning of product measurement and Cp&Cpk control for critical characteristics
-Perform the statistical analysis on measurement equipment according to MSA methodology to be able to prevent deviation
-Share with the team the safety impact of test/measurement equipment on MM Plant Labs
-Support the technical evaluation of best technology
-Inssure the ESD management internally of plant
Profil:
1- Key skills:

2-Education Experience: High degree (High School +5 years) in Quality / Engineering
3-Employment Experience: 3+ years experience in a similar position in the Automotive industry specifically Electronics.

Material Management / Procurement Specialist
Marelli Morocco is looking for a Material Management / Procurement Specialist within our Electronics Tangier Plant. The candidate will report directly to the Logistics Manager, and will be in charge of the following activities:
-Cooperate in the definition of buying strategies for commodity class along with buyers from purchasing reference, helping to:
-Monitor annual objectives of oversaturation, efficiency and quality
-Manage annual and multi-annual contracts
-Select suppliers based on market indicators;
-Ensure consistency of information submitted in supplier master with standard Magneti Marelli conditions and/or with the suppliers themselves;
-Ensure the supply of materials production plan or defined by its direction for average covers strategies, through computerized management of operational activities;
-Constantly check the availability of materials in the lead time required;
-Analyze inventory levels of components, ensuring the coherence with the objectives set;
-Monitor the business performance efficiencies of materials, ensuring consistency with the guidelines defined during institutional purchases (Budget, Fct, etc);
-Define logistics supplier contracts for management of stocks, giving them the service level objectives and monitoring the trend;
-Effectively manage the introduction of new products/changes (phase-in/out, stocks, risk of obsolescence), together with process engineers, sourcer and programming teams.
Profil:
-Education Experience: High degree (High School +5 years) in Logistics / Engineering
-Employment Experience: 3+ years experience in a similar position in the Automotive industry specifically Electronics.
-Language skills: Fluent in English and French both written and spoken
