Jacobs Engineering SA (JESA) est la joint venture entre l’Office chérifien des phosphates (OCP) premier exportateur de phosphates et dérivés dans le monde et le Groupe américain Jacobs Engineering, l’un des plus grands prestataires des services techniques, professionnels et de construction pour l’ensemble des secteurs industriels et tertiaires
Cette joint-venture contribuera notamment à l’accompagnement de l’OCP dans la réalisation des infrastructures nécessaires au développement de la plate-forme chimique de Jorf Lasfar et au développement des activités de l’industrie du phosphate en général.
Aujourd’hui, JESA emploie plus de 250 personnes dont un tiers est composé de différentes nationalités. Notre objectif en termes de recrutement est de 150 personnes d’ici la fin de l’année.

Jacobs Engineering OCP recrute des Ingénieurs Maintenance
A Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the implementation of daily/tactical maintenance activities aimed at maximizing equipment availability and reducing maintenance costs throughout the facility.
Main Scope/Responsibilities:
-Develop & Implement reliability-based standards and policies.
-Providing assistance with managing significant reactive work when requested.
-Leveraging an understanding of CMMS, predictive and preventive maintenance and materials management process
-Possessing department-specific understanding of process and equipment.
-Contributing to the 5-year capital plan process
-Investigate mechanical and/or electrical equipment failures and develop potential solutions based on sound mechanical/electrical practices
-Support Reliability Engineering with preventative/proactive maintenance initiatives
-Assist production and/or project engineering with inefficiencies/process improvement opportunities for area of responsibility
-Support Reliability Engineering with preventative/proactive maintenance initiatives
-Attend RD/DD area core team meeting as necessary
-Participate in post RD/DD critiques as necessary
-Participate in the management of the execution phase R/D and TAR
-Identify material and equipment upgrade opportunities and operational process changes to reduce failures/ enhance reliability and improve asset health
-Assist supervision & craftsman as needed to ensure applicable procedures are followed
-Additional duties as assigned
Education:
-Bac +5 (Ingénieur d’état or equivalent)
-Curricula: Construction or engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent)
Global Experience:
-4 to 6 years with 04 years of maintenance experience in relevant industry.
Specific Experience in the position:
-At least 4 years of maintenance experience in relevant industry.
